Fire Department AVL - Automatic Vehicle Location software from Sundance Systems enables dispatch personnel to assign and route appropriate vehicles for 911 and EMS calls. GIS mapping positions and vehicle status are constantly updated to save precious seconds.
Windows-based screens make data entry and reporting easy, clear and concise. Sundance Fire Mobile Module directly integrates with Sundance CAD (computer aided dispatch) to allow for silent dispatch and self-initiated calls.
The integrated status monitor show the current status of all vehicles logged into the mobile system. It shows Unite ID, Zone, Status,Call ID, Call Type and Location. Sundance Fire Mobile Module also automatically updates whenever new information is added to the server.
The chat system feature works for anyone logged into the Sundance Fire Mobile system, including dispatchers or administrative staff. Users have the ability to use the chat function to communicate with individual fire cars or trucks, groups of emergency vehicles or all vehicles in the system. Alerts can also be sent with an audible alarm.
Dynamic call log entries can be sent to Sundance Fire Mobile systems automatically. As more information is taken by the 911 dispatcher from the caller, the information is sent to the mobile systems automatically, cutting seconds of valuable rescue time.
